Article 64 of Legislation number 206 as dated 06/09/2005
client or consumer who has acquired a product by means of e.commerce
has the right to withdraw from the sales contract, within 10 working
days of the order date or the receiving products date.
These withdrawal rights are intended only for private customers and therefore cannot be exercised by third parties.
To exercise withdrawal right the client must:
- send a written letter by registred post with notification receipt, stating withdrawal from sales contract, within 10 working days of the order date or the receiving products date.
- send purchased items (including documentation) back to the seller, at his own expense, within 10 working days of the receiving products date. Returned items must be in their original packaging. It is essential for withdrawal from the sales contract, that returned products must not be damaged.
Upon receiving returned items, the seller will check for any damage and he will reimburse the client (excluding returning items shipment costs) within 30 days.
